Kit Brewers
Are you sick of brewing with supermarket grade kits? Can your checkout chick answer your brew questions? We provide a range of fresh, quality ingredients to greatly enhance your brew that the supermarket cannot. We also stock a much wider range including our own brands, Diamondback and Canecutter. In addition, our brewing experience gives us the ability to answer your questions in depth to improve your beer. With every brew, we also provide free filtered water and a 514 ale yeast which is equipped to deal with North Queensland temperatures.

Extract Brewers
Are kits not getting your rocks off? Extract brewing allows the brewer to take more control over the process without expense of mashing. It allows the brewer to control additional malt flavours with the use of crystal malts, as well as the bitterness and hop flavour. We stock a variety of crystal grains and fresh hops to enable the brewer to brew to style. We also hold free demonstrations to show brewers the process involved.

Mash Brewers
Do you want complete control over your beer? We cater to all mash brewers with a range of grains (cracked or uncracked), hops, liquid yeasts, equipment and advice.

Other
