Homebrewers Warehouse began in 1993 when Greg Young's hobby got a little out of hand. The business commenced operations in Keane Street, but is now operating as the warehouse in Currajong, Townsville.
The continued growth is supported by a healthy wholesale business that supplies other Brewshops throughout North Queensland. Greg has developed new and exciting products to assist brewers in their pursuits. These include the original 'Younga's' Fermenter Keg and Line Cleaner... and Australia's first 'Home Keg System'. There's also the Diamondback and Canecutter brews... along with Australia's first completereal Rum Kit.

Greg also enjoys competing in Brew Competitions.. He says "Competitions are great because you get back the Judging Sheets that can really help you. No one knows it all, and I learn something new every day." Younga reckons "It's great when you really love your work!" | |
